The following are the terms and conditions of the "VIVACASINO LUCKY WHEEL" (the "Bonus") for VivaCasino.

This promotion is valid only for registered players.

This promotion is available every day and it does not have expiry date. Players will be notified in time if VivaCasino decides to cancel this promotion.

Any user who deposits more than $200 (200 pesos) within a single day (all deposits combined) becomes eligible to spin the Lucky Wheel for free on the following day.

One wheel spin per eligible user per day - based on the previous day's deposit.

A player can win one of the following rewards on the Lucky Wheel: 10 free spin, 25 free spins, 50 free spins, 100 free spins, 250 free spins or 500 free spins. The rewards will be awarded randomly upon spinning the Wheel.

Free spins can be used in Chilli Heat slot from Pragmatic Play.

Value of one free spin is $2.20 (2.20 pesos) (or currency equivalent).

The wager/rollover requirement is x30. Slot games contribution is 100%, all other games 10%.

This bonus can only be triggered with real money. Bonus money is not valid.

The maximum amount that can be won from bets placed with the free spins is limited to: $1,000 (1,000 pesos). Any winnings that exceed this amount resulting from the use of the bonus will be voided. Max bet with bonus funds is $100 (100 pesos).

Free spins must be used and wagered within one (1) day of being awarded. After this period, any remaining bonus money and winnings derived from it will be removed from the player's account.

Your deposited amount will be credited to REAL balance and needs to be wagered 1x as per our General Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying share of the deposit (the deposit amount that activated the bonus) is locked as long as the bonus is active on the account. When the bonus is either completed, used-up or forfited, the withdrawal of the balance is once again enabled. Deposits after the triggering one are not affected by this lock.

Promotion applies to accounts validated by VivaCasino, 1 (one) user per account. Validated by the risk team.

VivaCasino reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time and at its own discretion.

In case of discrepancy between the interpretation of the English version of these Terms and any other version or iterations of these Terms because of difference in translation, the English version shall prevail.

All promotions from VivaCasino are limited to one per household, family, household address, email address, credit card number or shared computer environment.

No employees of VivaCasino or family members of employees may take part in Promotions.

It is only valid for players residing in Mexico who are 18 years of age or older.

This Bonus cannot be combined with any other promotions currently offered by VivaCasino and is subject to constant review.

Multiple accounts will not be accepted. Only one account per user, address, email address, debit / credit card number or IP address will be allowed. in case of multiple account detection it will result in all account's suspension.

Players found abusing the campaign in any way will be excluded and will be ineligible to receive the prize.

If we suspect that a winner is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them from the promotion and/or suspend the user's account and/or suspend the promotion until we complete our investigation.

VivaCasino reserves the right to exclude any player, amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.

By taking part in this promotion, you accept these specific Conditions of Participation, as well as our General Conditions of Participation for promotions and our General Provisions.
